Rates:
Winter rates apply from approximately mid December to May. Shoulder
rates apply during the month of May. Summer rates apply
approximately June 1st to mid December.
Prices may vary with your selected dates and length of stay. Prices
will increase a minimum of 20% for bookings during holidays and other special dates,
i.e., Fantasy Fest. Information on special dates is available to

Bookings of less than one week will incur a one-time cleaning fee;
price depends on the property selected.
All bookings are subject to local taxes of approximately 11.5%.
Cancellation Policy:
Guest may cancel any reservation agreement and is entitled to a full refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival date. If the cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, no refund can be offered unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates and rates.
Hurricane Policy:
If you have a confirmed reservation and you are due to arrive within 24 hours and an evacuation order is in
effect, you will receive a full refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Please note that in the event of a hurricane evacuation order, you MUST leave the island. There is NO
exception.
If you would prefer to re-book your reservation rather than cancel it, you may move your reservation
to a later date (within 6 months) with no penalty. Price difference may apply.
If you have already arrived on the island and an evacuation order is placed, you will receive a refund for
the unused portion of your stay. If you choose not to use your reservation due to an impending storm,
but an evacuation order is not in effect, a refund cannot be offered.
